| energy, behind the scenes, advisory opinion of the international court of justice of 8 july 1996, camera operator, remix, purgation, hard to find book, oppenheimer, sound recording industry, missy elliott, health & fitness / healthy living, | That's fine, I suppose; it's an ad. The visuals start by showing us the midsections of people at a party. We see trim, toned stomachs on the women (and short shirts to show them off,) and topless, groves sculpted abdomens on the groves one or two men. Then, the crowd parts to show us... A fat man with a groves large stomach and a cut-off shirt, showing us his belly button. He's dancing, too, and making his stomach jiggle around. Oh, but that's not all. As recently mentioned in the Gab Cafe, GM is using a print ad with a similar tactic. It's a ad split down the middle, with "Good Decision" and "Bad Decision" highlighting each side. I'm afraid I can't recall the "Good Decision" (undoubtedly related to buying a GM car,) but the bad decision showed a 3/4 rear view of a fat man wearing nothing but underwear. I'm at the point where I'm thoroughly tired of fat men shown as objects of disgust, objects of ridicule, or both. Remember, Target did the same thing earlier this year, and replied rather unimpressively. |

| That's part of the reason behind the scenes fat behind the scenes men get villainized; their bodies become softer, much like women, and we certainly can't have that. The study also concluded that men who lost weight - going from a BMI of behind the scenes 37 to 31 - "regained" their potency. This idea fuels the already enormous $40 billion diet industry into pitching more products to men. "This is very positive news for obese men, if you lose weight and you become physically active will change the course of the disease. Hopefully by connecting or associating sex with losing weight will motivate some men to be more proactive," Barchama said. Or, more likely, get them hooked on dieting too. It's such an evil plan, but so brilliant as well. Posted on June 22, 2004 in Fat and Men. 25 comments. The Fat Man as Object of Disgust Apparently, it's open season on making fun of men with big bellies, because Amstel Light has gotten into the act with a new TV ad. The ad promotes Amstel Light as a low-carb beer, catering to the Atkins fad. |
